Access and use of this ECW Webinar (“Webinar”) is subject to compliance by you (referred to as “you” or “user”) of the terms and conditions set forth herein. Please read this document carefully before accessing or using the ECW Webinar.

By accessing or viewing the Webinar, you agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to be so bound, you may not access or view the ECW Webinar. US export regulations change daily, all information is current as of its first appearance in this Webinar or when last modified.

The terms and conditions set forth herein may be modified, at the discretion of Export Control Webinars at any time, and any such modification shall be effective immediately upon the posting of the modified terms and conditions.

REGISTRATION

Registration for any Webinars will not be considered complete until payment is received and approved and registration username and password are obtained by the “user”. The username and password are for the exclusive use of the “user”. This is an individual license. YOU MAY NOT grant fellow co-workers, employees, or customers of your products or services any rights to view or distribute any Licensed Materials. You are not permitted to review or display this content in a group environment or setting (conference room, etc.) in a manner that will permit individuals without a valid license to access or view the material. IF YOU ARE VIEWING A WEBINAR NOT REGISTERED TO YOU, YOUR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS PERMITS Export Controls Webinars, a service of Export Strategies LLC, TO SEEK IMMEDIATE LEGAL ACTION.

All sales are final. Once the webinar login details or recorded webinar link are sent to the customer, the sale is considered final and no refunds or transfers will be provided.

No refunds will be made for “No Shows” (a “No Show” is a person who registers for a webinar but who does not cancel registration or attend the event). If ECW needs to cancel a webinar, we may elect to offer transfer of registration to another webinar, provided such a program is scheduled and space is available or will refund all fees that were received.

If ECW determines that a participant must be removed from a webinar for inappropriate or illegal conduct, we will not provide a full refund.

ECW is not responsible for typographic errors. ECW is not responsible for user’s computer or software failure during the webinar. Users should check the webinar computer requirements found in the Computer Software Issues section below.

ECW has the right to not include video during the webinar. Technical issues may occur and the use of video during the live webinar may be prohibitive. 

ECW may share participants’ information with speakers and sponsors. Participants agree to receive marketing material from webinar/event sponsors or speakers and may unsubscribe at any time.

ECW has the right to restrict access to ON-DEMAND webinars at any time. Users will have the right to view recorded webinars for a period of 1 year.

I understand that I must obtain my login ID and password 24 hours before the webinar start time. Failure to do so may result in an inability to view the webinar. Failure to obtain a login ID within 24 hours of the webinar start time does not constitute a refund by ECW.

ECW reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at any time.

No software downloads are required aside from an internet browser.

This Webinar contains content which includes without limitation images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, sounds, text, data and other materials displayed or available on the ECW Webinar (the “Content”) that is protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, and/or other proprietary rights of ECW and third-party content providers (all parties, including ECW are singly and collectively the “Providers”). You agree to comply with any and all restrictions regarding use of the Content.
